Only three packs of live matches in the First League awarded among the nine auctioned LPF

RCS & RDS won on Monday, the first package of Premier League matches at auction by the Professional Football League, Romtelecom won the second and the Antena 1 won the eighth, the other packages haven’t been claimed by anyone else.

At the auction held Monday, by the LPF, participated Antena TV Group SA, RCS & RDS SA, and SC Romtelecom SA. The League assigned at the auction the television rights (audiovisual) by any technical means (including moving images with or without sound), in the football competition of the League "PARTNER" during the competitive seasons 2011/2012, 2012/2013, 2013/2014, the parties were divided in nine packets.

RDS & RCS and Romtelecom bid for package number 1, the first winnning the bid by the amount of 13.2 million euros plus VAT (12.9 million euros starting price plus VAT).
The second package was awarded to Romtelecom, the only bid, starting with the amount of 12.9 million euros plus VAT.

Package number eight went to an antenna, an amount of 10.5 million euros plus VAT.
For other packages do not bid anyone.
